Capital City Motors Limited – Black November- $10,000 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is being run by Capital City Motors Limited, and includes Capital City Ford & Capital City Mazda (herein known as “The Promoter”).
2. The Promoter is based at 434 High Street, Lower Hutt or 207 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu and can be contacted at these addresses or by phone (04) 802 8750.
3. Promotional material and information on how to enter this promotion and the prize form part of these terms and conditions.
4. All entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be a valid entry.
5. The promotion period begins at 8.00am on Saturday 1st November 2025 and closes at 5.30pm on Sunday the 30th of November 2025.
6. Entry is open to retail customers who purchase a New or Used vehicle in the time period as stated. Vehicles retailed to consumers, sole traders and limited liability companies are included. This promotion excludes lease companies and any Ford or Mazda VIP or major fleet transactions.
7. Each retail sale will receive 1 entry per sale; Vehicles must be delivered and paid for by 4.30 pm Saturday the 13th of December 2025.
8. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
9. On Monday 15th of December 2025, one (1) prize winner will be chosen in a random draw of eligible entrants conducted under supervised presence at Capital City Motors, 434 High Street Lower Hutt. (“the Draw”).
10. The promotion includes one prize (“the Prize”) consisting of a ten thousand New Zealand Dollars ($10,000) cash payment into a New Zealand bank account. Proof of bank account and all AML requirements will also be applied under the same supervised presence.
11. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The Winner may not designate someone else as a Winner. If they are unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, the Promoter may award it to an alternate Winner.
12. The Winner will be notified by telephone, email, or mail in accordance with the details they have provided during entry into the Promotion.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever including (but not limited to) indirect or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting and using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by an entrant or resulting from defective data transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or materials in this Promotion.
17. Once the Winner has been contacted and confirms they agree to these terms and conditions, their name will appear on the Promoter’s social media channels and websites (www.capitalcitymotors.co.nz, www.capitalcitymazda.co.nz, www.capitalcityford.co.nz).
18. The Winner understands the Promoter may want to document the Winner accepting their Prize and agrees to participate in promotional activities that the Promoter may reasonably require.
19. By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants the Promoter permission to use and publish the Winner’s name, plus photographs and videos of them, through various channels including, but not limited to, the Promoter’s website and social media accounts, without payment or compensation except where prohibited by law.
20. Normal terms, conditions, fees, and lending criteria apply to all finance contracts.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry and the right and absolute discretion to change these terms and conditions without notice.
