• Hamish Jacob - Chief Executive / Dealer Principal
  

  Hamish has been in the motor industry since 1995, specialising in the Ford and Mazda brands the whole time. Now running a company with over 100 employees, he recognises the importance of loyal staff and customers.
  Originally from Canterbury, Hamish, his wife and two children are now Wellington converts loving the lifestyle the region has to offer. In his spare time he enjoys walks around the harbour with his family, perfecting his golf swing, classic cars and following the Ford World Rally Team.

• Tony McClennon - Ford New Vehicle Sales Manager
  

  Originally from Yorkshire, Tony emigrated to New Zealand in 2001. He started his working life as a technician and went on to be assistant manager of a vehicle hire company. He spent eight years working with commercial fleets at Polar Motor Company in Yorkshire. After first settling in Auckland he made the move to Wellington in 2007 with his wife and young family. He can't believe how good the Wellington weather is, despite all that people say.

• Matt Carman - Mazda New Vehicle Sales Manager
  

  Matt has worked in the Motor Industry for over 15 years, 12 of these for Ford Motor Company covering a wide range of roles from Automotive Finance to Sales and Marketing before joining Capital City Motors in 2004 as our Mazda New Vehicle Sales Manager. Since joining the retail side of the business, Matt has demonstrated a passion towards ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. Matthew is married and has two young children. Football plays a significant role in his life outside work.

• Bryan Ross - Kapiti Sales Manager
  

  Bryan started life in the motor industry as a mechanic back in 1976. He gained experience through the parts department before moving into vehicle sales in 1985. A Kapiti resident since 1980, he enjoys living by the beach and working with local people. Bryan is married and has three girls. To relax he enjoys music, classic cars and trains of all shapes and sizes.

• David Lavington - Service and Customer Relations Manager
  

  Joining our company in 1995, David now manages our entire service operation across three locations. He is a firm believer in keeping people happy. To relax David likes to spend time with his family.

• Martin Shaw - Parts Manager
  

  Martin has been with Capital City Motors for over 30 years. He and his team are always looking for opportunities to improve supply and overall service to our customers. In his spare time he enjoys time in his garden and playing social golf.

• Ian Muir - Used Vehicles Retail Manager
• Geoff Jones - Digital Marketing & Sales Manager
  

  Geoff is the newest member of our management team, he comes from an extensive customer relations background in both the public and private sectors. Dedicated solely to our online business, it is exciting for us to lead the way within the vehicle industry through online and social media mediums. Geoff and his wife are both Wellingtonian’s, he enjoys playing cricket for his local team and won’t miss a round of the V8 supercars.

• Mike Martin - Financial Controller
  

  Mike has extensive experience in the motor industry with a number of retail franchises, and has been involved with Ford since 1984. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a commerce graduate of Victoria University. Mike's interests include boating, trout fishing, travel and golf. He's a life member of Kartsport New Zealand and a committed Wellingtonian. Mike has an adult family and lives in the central city.

• Felicity Butler - Ford Corporate Sales Manager

  Felicity is currently on Maternity Leave - Welcome to Breanna! Originally from Melbourne, Felicity lived in the UK for 11 years where she began her career in automotive sales. Felicity met her Kiwi husband in London and they decided to settle in Wellington. Felicity enjoys her role as Ford Corporate Sales Manager. She spends her precious spare time travelling, seeing movies, entertaining and going to the gym.

• Vanessa Johns - Ford Corporate Sales Manager
  

  Prior to joining Capital City Ford, Vanessa spent eight years in the transport industry as a Key Account Manager and brings a high level of service industry skill to the team. She is fulfilling a long held ambition to work within the exciting motor industry with a major brand like Ford.
  Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys travelling, dining out, cycling and golf. She is also a passionate member of the Wellington Racing Club, and proud part-owner of two successful thoroughbred racehorses.

• Stephen Mills - Mazda Corporate Sales Manager
  

  Stephen has over 20 years sales and account management experience in the Wellington business community. Listening to customer's individual requirements, dependability, attention to detail and a warm working relationship are the key to his success. Stephen is a Life Member of his hockey club, having coached and administered at local, representative and national level. Other interests are property renovation and travel.

  Tony has been with our company for more than 25 years after starting out as an apprentice, and can help with any issues you may have with your Ford or Mazda. When he's not busy spending time with his young family you'll find him fishing, scuba diving or golfing

• Bruce Radford - Service Manager, Porirua
  

  Bruce is a born and bred Titahi Bay-ite, married with grown children; he began his career with our company in 1985 and is the Service Manager at our Porirua Branch. He has held varied roles within the company; a qualified mechanical technician, Fleet Sales Manager, New Vehicle Sales Manager, and a Service Advisor. He advocates having "fun" in all areas of life and is an avid fan of all sports.

• Frank Whitworth - Training Manager MTS, Porirua
  

  Frank manages Metro Training Services (MTS) - an automotive industry pre-apprenticeship training facility located within our Porirua dealership. Frank likes to spend his free time following most sports both live and televised. Since the kids have left home Frank has also been working on his golf handicap with some success.

• David McGillicuddy - Business Manager
  

  David started out as an apprentice before operating his own business for nine years as a ticketed Motor Body Builder, Spray Painter, and Panel Beater. He then moved into sales and business management. David loves to spend time with his wife, two sons, daughters in law and three grandchildren.

• David Thomas - Service Manager, Kapiti
  

  David has been serving the Kapiti region for over 15 years and manages our service department in Paraparaumu. He is committed to making sure your service experience is the best it can be. David is passionate about motor sport and won't let anything get between him and a round of the V8 super cars.
